I know we all need a bit of inspiration and motivation when it comes to meal planning. That’s why we’ve launched The Meal Planning Linky. We’ll share our posts about meal planning, and you can link yours up too. Seeing others’ meal plans – and sharing our own – not only keeps us accountable but also will inspire us.
Our Meal Plans for the Week Ahead
Saturday: We are out on Saturday celebrating my Brother in Law’s birthday, so no cooking for me!
Sunday: Meze platter – I had put this in the meal plan for last week but I forgot we had date night, so I’ve moved it to Sunday.
Monday: Salmon with stir fry vegetables and noodles. The kids aren’t massively keen on this so they’ll have cheese on toast.
Tuesday: Omelette with potatoes and salad.
Wednesday: Chicken with honey and mustard sauce.
We’ve had a bit of a weird week this last week. Ben was really poorly so I had Monday off work at home with him. This meant I missed my observation, so all my hard work over the weekend felt a bit wasted. This week coming is the last week before half term so I’ll be on wind-down by Friday!
